2. The Super Family Unlimited Pass cannot be clubbed with any other offers or schemes.
3. Prior reservation might be introduced on holidays and weekends.
4. Mystery rooms, playdate, Teddy Land, Snooker, Vending games and any others games other than the inclusions mentioned above are not included.
5. The management will make all efforts to keep all activities and attractions operational and available to pass holders at all times. However it is possible that some of the activities may be down or unavailable due to technical or availability reasons and cannot be seeked a refund against at any time .
6. The Super Family Unlimited Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable

- Product only if defected or damaged on receiving will be accepted for return
- Product video to be submitted on 9990339974 within 2 hours of receiving the product
- If your product is accepted for return, it should be packed in the same box as received. Damaged or no packaging will not be accepted for return.
- Please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, user manual, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.
